Installer of the Month

 

Citadel's April Installer of the Month is:
Rasmussen Custom Homes

The floor Rasmussen Custom Homes did was a music room for a lady that gives piano lessons. She thought that the black and white pattern would go great with her piano. They first used a template that they had and used a barracuda steel impacter to etch the border design. Then they cut the diagonal tile design with their mongoose saw. We then grinded the floor to prepare it for the floor coating system. We used one coat of Polyurea-1 HD tinted black for brushing the border and little squares. We used 2 coats Polyurea-1 HD tinted white to roll out on tile design. They then applied a clear coat over whole thing with Polyurea-1 HD. They debated filling the grout lines with black but came to the conclusion that it would be too much black and be too busy. The floor took 1.5 days to complete and it came out great. She loves the floor and loves to show all her friends.
