Flexible control joint sealer - Citadel's new POLYFLEX 93 is a technically
advanced self leveling, 100% solids control joint, and crack fill, polyurea elastomer.
- Easy to use 1:1 ratio designed for concrete with low to medium thermal
cycling.
- Cures rapidly and consistently in 5 to 10 minutes in temperatures
ranging from -20 to 130 F.
- POLY FLEX 93 can be applied with cartridges
or the Revolution Lite crack fill and spall repair pump.
- Creates
excellent bond to inner sides of control joints, stays flexible to keep the secure
bond during heavy traffic.
- Ready for vehicle or foot traffic in
as little as 1 hour.

Joint fill, and spall repair pump. This Patent Pending technology
is tomorrow's technology for today's most demanding floors. The Revolution
crack fill pump is a precision mix and dispense machine that correctly
proportions, thoroughly mixes and dispenses flexible polyurea joint
fill. This deluxe pump is capable of pumping any ratio, eliminates
waste, and off ratio mixes. Changing of material and cleanup is made
simple and can be done quickly without extensive cleaning of gears,
since the material never touches the pumps. 4" phenolic wheels allow
for easy mobility and transportation. Lightweight and portable pump
base can be moved in and around with minimal effort, and able to operated
with only 2 people. Capable of filling over 1,000 linear feet per
hour, and with a simple razor scrapper to remove the over fill, your
floors with be completed in record time. Less material waste means
higher profitability, production, and less time on the job site. The
revolution crack fill pump will be your most important piece of equipment
in your trailer. You will never want do complete a floor without it.
