Aliphatic Polyurethane - Citadel Floor Finishing Systems

PG-100 is a two-component, 100% solids, VOC Free, Aliphatic Polyaspartic Polyurea that was developed for UV stable floor topcoats, marine applications, chemical resistance and corrosion control.

PG100 has fast cure times with excellent adhesion characteristics to a variety of substrates/coatings. The Adjustable Cure Rate Technology used in PG100 simplifies installations in all temperatures by maintaining consistent cure times and material pot life. It produces a glossy smooth finish once cured. This 100% polyurea elastomer displays incredible UV, chemical and abrasion resistance at a wide range of temperatures. It emits no odours and can be applied indoors with minimal disturbance compared to high VOC levels that are found in most epoxies and polyurethanes. This is a versatile topcoat for use on both horizontal and vertical applications. Its 100% UV stability makes it an excellent choice for both interior and exterior applications.

To further enhance the strength and durability of PG-100, Polyone-HD can be applied on top of this. This product is sold clear however it can be custom colored through the use of our universal tints.
