   CFFS Polyurea-1 HD™ is a single component, 90% solids, VOC Compliant, Aliphatic Polyurea that was developed for high gloss UV-stable floor topcoats, chemical resistance, and corrosion control. This coating provides reliable performance in a wide range of temperatures and climate conditions. Polyurea-1 HD has excellent resistance to UV rays, abrasion, and harsh weather conditions in a single-pack formula.

 

 

CONCRETE REPAIR MATERIALS

1. Fortification Formula
   
   CFFS FORTIFICATION FORMULA™ is a two-component, 98% solids, VOC Compliant, ultra low viscosity polyurea repair material that has the ability to cure in a wide range of temperatures. Its high compressive strength makes it a great choice for heavy traffic areas and those that are prone to damage due to falling objects. It is available in two curing speeds to allow for customizable workability.
2. Fast Patch Epoxy Putty
   
   Repair cracks, spalls and minor damage to concrete surfaces, without waiting for the repairs to cure.  Easy to mix 1:1 ratio and no special equipment is required.  Perform repairs and apply the coating within minutes, not hours. Citadel Floors recommends that larger areas of Fast Patch Epoxy Putty should fully cure before coating. Available in one quart kits or two quart kits.

 

CONTROL JOINT FILL MATERIALS

1. Polyflex-93
   
   CFFS Polyflex-93 is a two component, 100% solids, VOC Compliant, self leveling flexible control and expansion joint filler. This product cures rapidly and consistently at temperatures ranging from -20˚-120˚F. With a tack-free time of under 5 minutes, Polyflex-93 reduces downtime and allows repaired areas to be reopened to vehicle or foot traffic in one hour. Excellent elastomeric properties create flexibility while a tenacious bond to the concrete sidewalls of the joints leads to long lasting results and performance

 

PRIMERS

This coating provides exceptional adhesion to a large number of substrates and performs well in a wide range of temperatures and climate conditions. Extended working time makes it a great choice for both residential and commercial applications.
   
3. Level-Hard Epoxy Hybrid
   
   CFFS Level-Hard is a two-component, 100% solids, VOC Compliant, Epoxy Hybrid that was developed for use as a high build primer, basecoat for broadcasting and/or clear topcoat. This coating has exceptional abrasion and chemical resistance and performs well in a wide variety of applications. Level-Hard exhibits superior self leveling characteristics that maximize the hiding power of the coating.
   
4. Ultra Hydro-Stop Moisture Mitigation Primer
   
   CFFS Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer™ is a two component, 100% solids, moisture vapor transmission (MVT) blocking and pH resistant epoxy primer used to remedy concrete floors with high moisture readings before the application of the finish coatings. Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer has excellent self leveling properties making it a great choice for floors with minor pitting, spalling, and other blemishes. Capable of holding back up to 25 lbs. of
   MVT as measured with Anhydrous Calcium Chloride tests, this coating is the solution to avoid peeling coatings, delaminating tiles, and blistering sheet type floor coatings. Due to its pure chemistry it is also resistant to high levels of alkalinity which can cause premature failing of a number of different floor coverings. Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer can easily handle pH levels up to 14 without losing its tenacious bond to the concrete. This coating is compatible with most of the coatings and overlays available today and can be used as a stand-alone floor sealer in certain applications. When it comes to coating concrete, any indication of high moisture levels means CFFS Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer should be the first coat applied.

2. XRS Anti-Graffiti / All Purpose Cleaning Wipes

3. Safe-Etch Acid Solution
   
   Rock Solid Safe Etch is an etching solution used to clean and degrease bare concrete surfaces to improve penetration and adhesion of paint, stains and sealants. It also neutralizes the pH of new concrete. Suitable for interior/eterior use, Rock Solid safe Etch is biodegradable and safe to use near grass and plants. Use
   Rock Solid safe Etch on bare concrete: garage floors, basements, driveways, carports, patios, walkways and pool decks.
4. CPC Degreaser / Cleaner
   
   CFFS- CPC is a heavy duty concrete stripper and degreaser that was developed from citrus oranges. It is V.O.C. compliant, with a pleasant orange smell and is easy to work with. It is used full strength for stripping and degreasing and for general cleaning purposes.
